2. Delegated Company
Delegated Company is Promosfera Srl, with registered offices in Casorate Sempione (VA) – 21011, street XXV Aprile 56 C.F. – VAT 02250050024.
3. Products and brands promoted
The promoted brand is EMME, and the promoted goods are all garments from the “KIMONO” project under the EMME brand.
4. Recipients
This promotion is addressed to:
MODE A – IN STORE
All end consumers of legal age residing in Italy or in the Republic of San Marino who purchase the promoted products during the designated period at participating retail outlets located throughout the national territory.
MODE B - ECOMMERCE
All end consumers of legal age residing or domiciled in the countries of the European Union (including Italy) who purchase the promoted product through the official EMME e-commerce website.
5. Purpose of the promotion
This promotion is carried out with the aim of promoting EMME-branded products from the “KIMONO”
project, as well as incentivize the purchase of products from the promoted brand.
6. Promotional period
The promotion will last from April 07 to April 19, 2026.
7. How to participate
All recipients of the initiative who, during the promotional period referred to in section 6, purchase at least one garment from the “KIMONO” project under the EMME brand, at participating stores or via the relevant e-commerce channel, will receive a free gift.
The prize will be delivered at the time of purchase.
8. Type and value of prizes
The gift consistes of a mini bag with a unit value of 6,50 € (VAT excluded).
A total of 1150 gifts are expected to be distributed, for a total amount of 7.475,00 € (VAT excluded).

It is not possible to request an exchange or replacement of the prize, nor its corresponding cash value, for any reason. No compensation may be claimed for any damage resulting from the use of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the advertised prizes with others of equal or greater value.
9. Delivery of prizes
The prize will be awarded at the time of purchasing the promotional products:
- for purchases made at participating physical stores, the complimentary gift will be handed out
directly at the checkout;
- for purchases made via the e-commerce channel, the gift will be included in the package together
with the purchased promotional product.
10. Territorial Scope
The initiative is valid in Italy and in the countries of the European Union.
The initiative is subject to the applicable regulations in force in Italy concerning prize promotions
(Presidential Decree No. 430/2001). In accordance with FAQ No. 6 issued by the Italian Ministry of
Economic Development, participation in this initiative is also open to other European countries, without
prejudice to any prohibitions imposed by local laws (it is the responsibility of each participant to ensure
compliance with the laws of their own country).
Participation from EU countries is also permitted in accordance with the principles set out in EU Directive 2000/31/EC, without prejudice to any prohibitions imposed by local regulations.
11. Advertising of the promotion
The Promoter will communicate the promotion through a dedicated newsletter, on the official website of
the Promoting Company, via social media channels, as well as through in-store communications and on the website https://www.emme.it/.
These full terms and conditions will be available upon request to the Promoter.
12. T&Cs retention
The above-mentioned statement concerning the regulations, drafted and self-certified pursuant to Article
10, paragraph 3 of Presidential Decree No. 430/2001, is intended for storage at the offices of the delegated
company Promosfera Srl – Via XXV Aprile 56, 21011 Casorate Sempione (VA), where it will be kept for the entire duration of the initiative and for twelve months following its conclusion.
13. Warranties and procedures
This initiative is carried out in compliance with Presidential Decree No. 430 of 26 October 2001 and in
accordance with the guidelines set out in Circular No. 1/AMTC of 28 March, issued by the Ministry of
Enterprises and Made in Italy.
